福岡のクラフトサケ醸造所LIBROM（リブロム）が手掛ける、旬のすももを贅沢に使用した爽やかなお酒です。福岡県大牟田市産の甘く濃厚なすももを増量し、低アルコールでジューシーに仕上げました。とろみのある口当たりにぴちっと弾ける微発泡感。すももを丸かじりしたような甘酸っぱさとハツラツとした酸味が口いっぱいに広がり、梅酒を思わせる芳醇な香りとほのかな皮の渋みが心地よく残ります。搾りたてのフレッシュな味わいはもちろん、冷蔵庫で寝かせることでミルキーなコクやドライフルーツのような深みが生まれる「熟成」の変化も愉しめる、驚きに満ちた特別な一杯です
