北海道栗山町で明治11年から酒を醸す小林酒造の「キタノニシキ」シリーズより、SILVERをお届けします。小林酒造は食用米の評価がまだ低かった時代から道産米での酒造りに挑み、平成21年には全商品で北海道産米100%を実現しました。かつて主流だった淡麗辛口へのアンチテーゼとして、米の味わいをしっかりと引き出す酒造りへ舵を切り、現在は米の旨みとキレの両立を掲げています。SILVERは、すっきりとした飲み口の中に米の余韻が静かに続く、洗練された印象の一本に仕上がっています。冷酒でその透明感を味わうのがおすすめです。
