北海道・倶知安町の羊蹄山麓で栽培された酒造好適米「彗星」を用い、精米歩合50％まで磨き、伝統的な手造りで醸された純米吟醸酒です。メロンやバナナを思わせるフルーティーな香りと、優しい米の甘味にフレッシュな酸味が調和し、口当たりはスッキリとしながらも奥行きのある旨味が広がります。食中酒としても最適で、刺身や和食と合わせやすく、冷酒から燗酒まで幅広い温度帯で楽しめます。加水調整を行わない原酒で、使用する水や環境にもこだわり、低温発酵に適した豪雪地帯で丁寧に造られています 。
