1865年創業、会津美里町の男山酒造店は、一度は酒造りを休止したのち、蔵を継いだ小林靖さんの手で2020年に再生を果たした酒蔵です。原点回帰の思いと、人と人の輪が波紋のように広がっていくようにとの願いを込めた「回（かい）」シリーズの中で、本品は八反錦を100%使用し、精米歩合50%まで磨いて醸した純米大吟醸の一回火入れです。八反錦らしい透明感のある味わいに、上品で華やかな香りと、軽やかでいてしっかりとした米の旨みが重なり、すっきりとした後口へと導きます。白身魚のお造りや貝の酒蒸し、カプレーゼなど繊細な料理とともに、特別なひとときにお楽しみください。
