島根県出雲市佐田町大呂御幡地区にて、無農薬で力強く育てられた酒米「改良雄町」を100％使用した「十旭日 大呂御幡元気米」。伝統の生酛（きもと）造りと蔵付き酵母のみで醸し、加水調整を施した純米酒です。昔ながらの手仕事が引き出す米本来の豊かな旨みと優しい酸味、そしてキレのある辛口が絶妙に調和。熟成を経て角が取れた丸みがありつつも、奥底に芯のある力強さを秘めています。軽やかな口当たりで、常温はもちろん熱めの燗酒や燗冷ましで真価を発揮。鰤など脂の乗った魚や味噌おでん、チーズや肉料理など発酵食品とのペアリングを心ゆくまでお楽しみください。
