島根県産「改良雄町」を70％精米で使用し、酵母無添加の伝統的な生酛（きもと）造りで醸した「十旭日 改良雄町70」。旭日酒造の生酛ラインナップにおいて定番として親しまれる、芯の通った純米酒です。タンク貯蔵でじっくりと熟成させ、ほどよく味が乗った状態で加水調整を行うことで、幅と奥行きのある味わいに優しさをプラス。口に含むとふんわりとした米の旨味が心地よく膨らみ、最後はすっきりと綺麗にキレていきます。日本酒度+10.5の辛口ながら柔らかな口当たりで、お燗にするとさらに旨味が開きます。チーズをはじめ多様な料理を引き立てる食中酒です。
