伊勢志摩サミットの乾杯酒で知られる三重・伊賀の銘醸蔵「大田酒造」より、7代目の熱い想いから生まれた特約店限定の挑戦作「半蔵 ＆（アンド） 純米吟醸 吟風」。人や料理を繋ぎ、次世代へ伝統を紡ぐ架け橋となる新たなシリーズの第4弾です。原料米には北海道産の酒米「吟風」を採用し、一本一本土を加えず丁寧に瓶火入れを施しました。穏やかで丸みのある上質な立ち香と、吟風ならではの柔らかくふくよかなお米の旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。甘味と酸味がバランスよく調和した洗練された味わいは、どんな料理とも引き立て合う極上の仕上がり。情熱が詰まった特別な食中酒です。
