岩手県平泉町で栽培された「ひとめぼれ」を用い、生もと造りで丁寧に醸された特別純米酒です。M7号酵母による発酵で、グラスに注ぐと微かに微発泡のニュアンスを感じ、りんごを思わせる爽やかな酸が軽快に広がります。口当たりはすっきりとクリアで透明感があり、後味まで柔らかく伸びるため飲み疲れしにくいバランスに仕上がっています。清々しい酸と柔らかな米の甘みが特徴で、単独で味わっても十分楽しめる、奥州市の蔵元がこだわり抜いた一本です。
