富山のブランド食味米「富富富」を100%使用し、発酵途中の「酒母」をそのまま搾る製法で造られたお酒です。高い酸度（8.0前後）が特徴で、白ワインのようにジューシーで濃厚な甘味と、キレのある強烈な酸味が口いっぱいに広がります。アルコール度数は12度と低め。同蔵の「ECHOES」に比べると、どこかほっこりとしたお米由来の穏やかなコクや和みのニュアンスも感じられます。レモンを絞って食べるような揚げ物やカルパッチョ、あるいはチーズケーキなどと相性が良いです。
