石川県白山市の吉田酒造店が醸す「手取川」の、秋季限定の純米大吟醸ひやおろしです。兵庫県産山田錦を100%使用して精米歩合45%まで磨き、冬に仕込んだ酒を夏の間じっくりと熟成させて、味わいが丸みを帯びた秋に出荷しています。アルコール度数15度の原酒です。香りは穏やかながら、白桃やマスカットを思わせるほのかな華やかさ。口当たりは滑らかで、白ぶどうのような上品な甘みと心地よい酸味、透明感のある旨味が広がり、凛とした後口で締めくくります。
