神奈川県松田町の中沢酒造は、1825年創業の歴史ある酒蔵で、地元で長く愛される酒を醸し続けています。代表銘柄「松みどり」の特別純米は、麹米に岡山県産の山田錦、掛米に長野県産の美山錦を使い、麹米を50%、掛米を55%まで磨いて丁寧に仕込んだ火入れ酒です。落ち着きのある穏やかな香りに、ほどよい甘みと酸味がバランスよく調和し、甘すぎず辛すぎない、すっきりとした飲み口に仕上がっています。料理を引き立てる食中酒として、冷やではもちろん、ぬる燗にすると旨みがやわらかくふくらみます。家庭の和食に寄り添う、毎日の晩酌にぴったりの頼もしい一本です。
