富山県産雄山錦を精米歩合55％で仕込んだお酒。しっかりとした味わいと旨みが出るまで蔵内で約2年間貯蔵熟成した淡い山吹色をまとった純米酒で、さっぱりめな飲み口の中に落ち着いた旨みとコクを感じつつキャラメルのような程よい熟味が心地よい。 冷から50℃までの熱燗はしっかりとした味わいがおいしく、更に75℃まで温めると優しい甘みとまろやかな口当たりが顔を出し、身も心も緩ませてくれる。キャラメリゼしたローストアーモンドに粗塩をまぶしたものや香味野菜をたっぷり盛った油淋鶏などが相性抜群です。
