創業100年を迎えた磐乃井酒造（岩手）が、次の100年へ想いを込めて放つ限定ブランド『百磐（ひゃくばん）』。岩手県産の酒造好適米やオリジナル酵母など、地元の原料にこだわり抜いて醸されたブランドです。夏向けとして登場した「青ラベル」は、「吟ぎんが」で醸した純米吟醸の生原酒に加水し、アルコール度数を14度に調整した軽やかな一杯。桃やメロンを思わせる華やかな香りと、マンゴーのような南国風のフルーティーな甘みが広がります。繊細な酸味と旨味が調和しつつも、飲み口はスッキリとして捌けが良く、暑い季節にも爽やかに楽しめる味わいに仕上がっています。
