自社畑での無農薬米作りから仕込みまで手がける、大阪・秋鹿酒造の「一貫造り」の極み『奥鹿（おくしか）』。山廃仕込みの純米無濾過原酒を、蔵内で3年以上じっくり熟成させた渾身の一本です。熟成ならではの美しい琥珀色を帯び、カラメルやナッツを思わせる芳ばしい熟成香が心地よく漂います。口に含めばとてもまろやかで、熟成によって育まれた深い甘みと、山田錦由来の濃醇で骨太な米の旨みが重厚に広がります。酸度2.2と力強い酸とキレを備えており、飲みごたえは抜群。肉料理や濃厚な洋食とも相性良く引き立て合う、熟成酒の真髄を堪能できる食中酒です。
