新潟市北区、福島潟のほとりで2021年に誕生したLAGOON BREWERYの、果実と米を一緒に醸すクラフトサケです。「ワインと日本酒のイイトコドリ」を目指し、新潟市白根地区のエコファーマー、ヤマヨ果樹園が育てた巨峰を皮ごと搾って醪に加え、酒米の五百万石とともにワイン酵母で発酵させました。果汁を割ったような甘さではなく、あくまで酒をベースにした造りで、巨峰の豊かな甘みとやさしい酸、果皮由来のほのかな渋みが重なり、タンニンと旨味による奥行きのある味わいに仕上がっています。後口はほどよくドライ。しっかり冷やしてお楽しみください。
