岩手県紫波町を舞台に、町全体をひとつの醸造場と捉えて新しい酒文化を醸す「はじまりの学校」。南部杜氏発祥の地で生まれた「はじまりのお酒」シリーズの#11は、ホップを副原料に用いたクラフトサケです。はじまりの学校ではこれまでも紫波町産のホップを使ったお酒づくりに取り組んできた造り手です。お米由来のやわらかな甘みと旨みに、ホップの爽やかな香りとほのかな苦みが重なり、日本酒ともビールとも異なる軽快な飲み心地を描きます。よく冷やして、ハーブを効かせたサラダや唐揚げ、スパイスを使った料理と合わせるのがおすすめです。食事の始まりを彩る一杯としても、心地よくお楽しみいただけます。
