神奈川・泉橋酒造が「この土地ならではの酒」を追求し、地元海老名で採取した300以上の酵母から生まれた試験醸造酒『いづみ橋 イーストA4-2 ホバリングとんぼ』。地元産の山田錦を60%まで磨き仕込んだ本作は、空で向かう方向を見定める赤とんぼを描いたラベルが目印のプロトタイプです。ベリーを思わせる爽やかな高い酸度と軽やかな甘味が心地よく調和し、口当たりはやわらか。米本来の上質な旨味を感じさせつつも、後味はすっきりと軽快に抜けていきます。冷やせば甘酸が際立ち、少し温度を上げると米の旨味が豊かに膨らむ、新たな一歩を告げる食中酒です。
