「春陽」を70％精米で使用しており、香りと味の厚みがしっかりと感じられます。口に含むとフルーティな華やかな香りが広がり、瑞々しい酸味が全体を引き締め、すっきりとした後口につながります。甘みは控えめで透明感があり、口当たりは軽やかで飲みやすく、低精白ながら純米吟醸に近い満足感があります。芳醇でありながらも雑味がない日本酒です。
