文政8年（1825年）創業、神奈川県松田町で「全量手造り」を貫く中沢酒造が毎秋届ける季節限定の純米吟醸です。長野県産美山錦を精米歩合55%まで磨き、協会9号酵母で醸したお酒を、春先に搾って瓶詰め・一回火入れした後、低温で約半年じっくり寝かせました。夏を越して落ち着いた香りは穏やかで、ふんわりとした米の香りが漂います。口当たりはまろやかで、米の旨味と磨きによる上品な甘みがバランスよく広がります。冷やせば軽やかに、ぬる燗にすれば米のコクと旨味がいっそう引き立ちます。実りの季節の食卓をゆったりとお楽しみください。
