原料米に希少品種である酒造の地元・長野県木島平村産「金紋錦」を39%まで精米したものを100%使用した純米大吟醸酒。
長期低温発酵と徹底した手作りにより「金紋錦」の特徴を生かした独特な深みとふくらみ、幅のある味わいと香りを最大限まで引き出した水尾シリーズの中でも最上質な食中大吟醸酒として仕上げられた一品です。
