信州諏訪エリアの人気酒「翠露」のあらごし活性にごり生原酒。仕込み水に美しい大自然が息づく霧ケ峰高原を源とする伏流水、そして原料米は長野県産美山錦を100%使用した純米吟醸酒。にごり酒特有の濃厚さと活性生酒がもつ爽やかさが見事に融合したやや甘口のお酒です。とても元気に発泡するタイプなので開栓時は要注意、どろっとした見た目に反して開栓したては泡の効果で少し軽やかな口当たり、時間が経つにつれて泡が弱まり濃厚さが前面に出てきて変化を楽しめます。甘ったるさはなく、程よい甘さとフレッシュな酸味が後味の爽やかさを際立たせる1本です。
