ベルギーの伝統ビール「ランビック」のチェリー製法（クリーク）をモチーフにしたクラフトサケ。唐花草（日本在来ホップ）による花酛や乳酸発酵、野生酵母「ブレタノマイセス」がもたらす、まるで野生的な酸味と深みのある香りが響き合います。淡いチェリーピンクの液体から、赤果実の芳醇なアロマが立ち上ります。オーク樽由来の奥行きに米の旨味が重なり、赤ワインのような清らかな余韻へと続きます。しっかり冷蔵庫で冷やして、すっきりと酸味を楽しむ、すこし温度があがってより野生酵母由来の乳酸菌の味わいを楽しむのもおすすめです。牡蠣やムール貝、サーモンなどとお酒の酸味がよく合います。また、チーズやシャルキュトリと一緒に楽しむのもおすすめ。
