The moment you take a sip of this sake, your preconception that "low-milled (less polished rice) = heavy, with off-flavors" will be brilliantly overturned.

"MaisonAoi Hakusumi" offers a crisp, clear transparency that makes you sit up straight, and beneath that, the powerful, inherent energy of the rice. Mr. Aoki, the owner who gained a global perspective in Singapore's financial world, and Mr. Abe, the Toji who honed his skills at a renowned brewery in Yamagata, aimed for a "Burgundy-style" sake.

Whether it's a drink after work or an important business dinner, this sake quietly releases its aroma in the glass, enhancing the ingredients of the food, and leaving a dry aftertaste that gracefully disappears the moment it passes your throat. This sake isn't just about quenching your thirst; it offers a glimpse into the future of sake.
