旧・高橋酒造の熟成酒と現代の葵酒造の酒造りを融合させた13度の貴醸酒で、甘味・酸味・旨味が調和する芳醇な味わいが特徴です。旧・高橋酒造から引き継いだ熟成酒を一部用いることで、深みのある甘さと奥行きのある芳醇さを実現。使用米は兵庫県産山田錦、酵母はK601で、酸とミネラル感が料理に寄り添い、食前・食中・食後いずれでも楽しめます。氷や炭酸で割っても爽やかに味わえ、開栓後は日ごとにまろやかさと甘味が増すため、変化を楽しみながら飲むことが可能です。限定1,635本の特別な一本です
