福島県南相馬市小高区で、代表兼杜氏の立川哲之氏が営む酒蔵兼スタンディングバー「ぷくぷく醸造」のどぶろくです。震災と原発事故を経て「福島の沿岸に田畑を増やしたい」という想いのもと、全量酵母無添加の自然発酵にビールの技法を組み合わせた酒造りに取り組んでいます。本品は「RiCE」の10周年を記念して醸された一本で、自然栽培の亀の尾を使い、酵母を添加せずに仕込んだ純米どぶろくです。明治期に生まれた歴史ある品種・亀の尾の米の力を、どぶろくならではのとろりとした口当たりで素直に味わえます。よく冷やして、またはぬる燗で、発酵食品や旨みの強い料理と合わせてお楽しみください。
