オーソドックスなドライジンを目指すため、随所に男鹿や稲とアガベの要素を取り込みました。まず、稲とアガベのクラフトサケ「花風」の製造工程で使用されたホップを再活用しています。さらに、男鹿工房の塩の製造後に残るにがりを使用することで蒸溜水の硬度を上げ、よりドライな味わいのジンに仕上りました。ソーダ割りではすっきり、トニックウォーターで割ると、ボタニカルの香りが開きドライながらハーバルな一面も楽しめる一本です。
