和歌山県の「梅ボーイズ」の梅を使った早苗饗蒸留所初のリキュールです。４６億円にも上る被害をもたらした、和歌山県の雹害により傷ついた梅を使用し、粕取り焼酎を再蒸留したスピリッツをブレンドした原酒で漬け込んだ梅リキュールです。さらにハマナスの花を漬け込んだハマナス酒を造り、ブレンドしています。梅とハマナスの香りを最大限に引き出すために、あえてかなり甘口に仕上げています。梅酒のように、ロックやソーダで飲んでいただくと梅とハマナスのリッチな香りを楽しめます。
