京丹後の木下酒造が誇る人気商品Time Machineを常温で長期熟成させたのが「Reserved」。江戸時代の秘密の製法で作られるTime Machineは、普通の日本酒が絞った直後の無色透明新酒から5～10年寝かせたような古酒の色合いをはじめから有している不思議な日本酒。現代の製法の倍の日数をかけて造られるお酒は超甘口でありながらキレのいい独特な味わいです。それを更に長期熟成させることでドライフルーツ、キャラメル、醤油などを連想させる複雑で個性的な味と香りが醸し出されております。特殊な造りをしているものの幅広い温度帯、様々な料理と合わせやすく引き立てあう素直な飲みやすさが稀有なお酒です。ご自宅で更なる熟成を挑戦する楽しみ方もお勧めです。
